The Kiinny Team cares about your customer experience more than anyone else! We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for the refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full or partial refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  2. Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will offer a full refund or replace the item at no additional cost. 

  3. Lost Items: If your item is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund once the courier confirms the loss.


How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide any necessary documentation or evidence (e.g., photos of the defective or damaged item).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.


Refunds

We will notify if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Returns

Due to the high volume of orders, we are currently unable to offer returns. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
